November Update: 6 more months to go!

It's already November! In a week or so, it will mark one year since Mark proposed to me on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial. I can't believe a year has already gone by! I must say, it brings butterflies to my stomach at the thought of it. All my close friends and family knows I feel like our wedding is taking forever to get here, but realistically, time is flying.

Here's the quick update on my wedding planning.

Videographer
A few days ago, Mark and I booked our videographer. Our videographer has been a close friend to my brother and is extremely talented. Mark and I will probably watch this video twice in our lifetime, once immediately after we receive the video [to see the entire ceremony and anything we missed at the reception] and a second time when we show our children our wedding once they get older. We wanted our day documented so that we could look back and see it, but that wasn't the biggest priority on our checklist, therefore we're just booking it now.

Paper
I finally ordered our paper to create our invitations! Mark and I finally chose the color and dimensions [I hope they turn out to be correct, we're definitely not math people, ha! ] fingers crossed. Once we receive the paper in the mail, I'll be working on scoring each individual sheet prior to folding them. This should be interesting.

BM Dresses

I finally picked which dress I wanted my Bridesmaids to wear. I told my MoHs which dress and I left it up to them to put an order deadline and let the rest of the bridesmaids know. All the girls will be going to my seamstress to get them altered since it's slightly longer than I'd like them to be. I also picked out 3 different shoes for the girls to pick from and what ever the majority picked, they would order. I'm excited to see it all together once they come in! All together, with the dress, alterations, and shoes it should cost less than $160!

Vendor Checklist
We have 6 more months left til the big day and we have accomplished nearly everything on our checklist. There are only 3 more vendors to book/finalize! I can honestly say that with the amount of time I have left, I have lots of room to relax...I probably won't though. I would much rather do all of the work now than worry weeks before the wedding.

Things to Do [6 months to accomplish]:
